- Currency and Taxes: All fees are charged in all currencies , and applicable taxes (if any) will be added during the checkout process based on your location. You are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to currency conversion fees and taxes).
12. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Virtual Training, Self-Paced Training, and Self-Study Courses:
- Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided once a user has accessed or enrolled in virtual courses, self-paced training, or self-study programs.
- If you are dissatisfied with the training, you may contact us within 2 days of enrollment to request support or discuss potential alternatives, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
- Classroom & Onsite Training — Cancellation Policy
- For classroom and onsite training programs delivered by Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC:
- Full Refund: Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date to qualify for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations received less than 14 days before the training date may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling by the Academy: If training is rescheduled by Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC, participants may transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.
- No Shows and Late Arrivals:
- Participants who fail to attend a session without prior notice or are late for any training session are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process
- Approved refunds from Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds related to third-party services or products associated with any training program are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers and may vary accordingly.
13. Types of Training Offered
- Virtual Training:
Virtual training is conducted entirely online via live webinars, video tutorials, and online discussions. This training is self-paced or instructor-led, depending on the course. Access to virtual training is provided immediately upon registration.
- Classroom Training:
Classroom training is instructor-led and takes place in a physical classroom setting. All participants must be present at the scheduled location and time. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classroom sessions with reasonable notice to participants.
- Onsite Training:
Onsite training is delivered at the client’s location and is scheduled based on mutual agreement. Payment for onsite training must be made in full before the scheduled training date unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Self-Paced Training and Self-Study:
Self-paced training refers to courses where learners can access course materials and complete lessons independently, without the need for instructor interaction. Self-study training involves reviewing materials at your own pace, without formal assignments or assessments.
- No instructor support is provided for self-study training
14. Intellectual Property Rights for Training Materials
All materials provided through our training programs, whether in virtual, classroom, onsite, self-paced, or self-study format, are owned by Greeza Academy and Consultancy, LLC or its licensors. You agree that you will not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content, course materials, or intellectual property provided through the training programs for commercial purposes or outside the scope of personal development.
15. User Access and Technical Requirements for Training
By enrolling in any training program, you are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and any necessary software are compatible with the training platform. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, and you may be required to update software or install specific applications to access certain materials.
16. Copyright and Usage of Training Content
All content delivered through any training format (virtual, classroom, onsite, self-paced, or self-study) is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal educational purposes.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, or commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC.

18. Limitation of Liability for Training Programs
While we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences, Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes, results, or effectiveness of any training program. We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities that may arise from your participation, including, but not limited to, career advancement, certification attainment, or professional recognition.
19. Force Majeure
Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of training services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, technical failures, labor strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
20. Modification and Discontinuation of Training Programs
We
reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any training program or
course at our sole discretion. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, affected
participants will be notified promptly and offered options for rescheduling or
a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
21. Data Collection and Use for Training Services
Data Collection & Privacy Consent
As part of your registration and participation in training programs, Greeza Business Academy USA, LLC may collect personal information necessary for course registration, progress tracking, certification issuance, and related administrative purposes.
By registering for or participating in any program, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of a course or training.
