Onsite training is delivered at the client’s location and is scheduled based on mutual agreement. Payment for onsite training must be made in full before the scheduled training date unless otherwise agreed upon.

Self-paced training refers to courses where learners can access course materials and complete lessons independently, without the need for instructor interaction. Self-study training involves reviewing materials at your own pace, without formal assignments or assessments.
- No instructor support is provided for self-study training
All materials provided through our training programs, whether in virtual, classroom, onsite, self-paced, or self-study format, are owned by Greeza Academy and Consultancy, LLC or its licensors. control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government
regulations, technical failures, or strikes.

course at our sole discretion. If a course is canceled or rescheduled, affected
participants will be notified promptly and offered options for rescheduling or
